All Sales Are Final

Due to the personal care nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, personal fragrance preferences, or products ordered incorrectly.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction matters to us! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund, as appropriate.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers should not mail products back without contacting us first. If a return is necessary because of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping cost.
